If the name of an existing model is getting altered and saved the title isn't getting updated
Problem/Motivation
If you have an existing model, change its name and save the model the old title is kept and not getting updated
Steps to reproduce
- Create a model called "My first model"
- Save
- The empty title gets populated with "My first model"
- Now change the name to "My first edited model"
- Save
-> The name remains to "My first model"
