ECA Views: Events should allow to limit them by display ID

Problem/Motivation

The views events (e.g. Pre Build, etc.) currently only allow to select a view, but not the display within the view. That prevents us from responding to different displays differently.

Proposed resolution

Add another config field to allow setting the display ID. Default is an empty field, which will then respond to all displays of the selected view.
