Resolve #3479169 "Add the source"

In adding the Source Code Pro font I noticed a few other font issues that were fixed here as well.

To Test:

  • Run ddev composer install
  • Run composer recreate
  • create a landing page and add a centered hero that has a copy code text area
  • View the hero block and select the copy code text and confirm it is rendering as Source Code Pro Light
  • Go to hte Mothernode
  • Confirm text expected to render as Noto Sans is explicitly rendering as Noto Sans
  • Confirm all button text is a weight of 500
