Issue #3559803: Content outline: Allow additional parameters to be added when generating content

Testing instructions

• Compile the app npm run build
• Go through the steps until the last tab
• Select the option to generate the draft
• Verify you get the option to add tone & style, terms to exclude, and additional instructions
• Try some values for these fields and verify that you get relevant content
