Resolve #3562415 "Correct figma styles"

Issues fixed in this MR

  • Spacing between the tablist and header divider is greater than in Figma. (Removed the .conductor padding)
  • Placeholder text in the keyboard text box is cut off. (Added a width: 15rem to the tag input)
  • Footer - Footer width is larger. (removed .conductor padding)
  • Footer - Conductor text size does not match “Powered by.” (increased to 1.25rem the .footer img)

Issues that can't be fixed in conductor

The reason is because the spacing is given by Canvas.

  • Header - Acquia SEO text size is smaller than in Figma.
  • Header - The divider after the header is an end-to-end divider.
  • Guidance tab is missing from the tab list.
  • Footer - The divider before the footer is an end-to-end divider.
