Automatic dark mode

ambient.impact requested to merge issue/gin-3161904:3161904-darkmode-toggle into 8.x-3.x

  • 'enable_darkmode' is now a string of 'enabled', 'disabled', or 'auto'.

  • Theme settings now uses radios for dark mode to choose one of the three options.

  • Altered tests to test for 'enabled' and 'auto' settings.
