Loading consumer entity via client_id and migrated a few functional tests to kernel tests

• Using the new consumer interface instead of the class as type • Migrated client credentials and refresh token functional tests to kernel tests. The authorization code functional tests couldn't be migrated due to interaction with the authorization form. • Updated the retrieval of private/public keys, to support the new kernel tests which are using vfs:// for storing the keys.
